Tradition into story — digital collage and cut-out animation translate ninety years of craft into a social video series.

Bonifanti has been producing panettoni and colombe since 1932, following traditional recipes with exclusively natural ingredients. La ricetta Bonifanti is the series built to carry that identity forward — one episode per production "ingredient", each one a self-contained visual story.

The illustration work, developed in collaboration with Jolanda Fiarè, uses digital collage: photographs, archival materials and textures combined with stylised graphics to produce an aesthetic that reads as handmade without being nostalgic. Deliberate, not accidental.

The animation follows the same logic. A cut-out style inspired by stop motion — micro-movements, calibrated imperfections — chosen not for effect but for coherence with the illustration layer beneath it.

The result is a visual system that translates craft into motion, episode after episode.
